Absolutely! We can ship Bobobark to any address around the world. If your country experiences delays or shipping issues due to major world events, we will make sure to notify you.

Once you’ve placed your order on our website, we need 48 hours to process and ship it to you. Your Bobobark should be at your door within 14 days after that!

Of course! You can do so by logging on to your customer profile on our website or via the tracking information that we send you by email once your order has shipped. 

The cost of shipping varies depending on the size of your order and the country you are shipping to and will be indicated during your checkout process so you can see it before you place your order!

Your Bobobark comes with 3 interchangeable straps: one short connecting strap to wear it crossbody or on the shoulder and two long straps that clip onto your Bobobark so you can use it as a backpack.

Of course! Bobobark features a laptop sleeve that can fit devices up to 15 inches. If your laptop is 15 inches, you can easily access it from the top opening of your Bobobark. Laptops smaller than 15 inches can also be accessed from the zipped easy-access pocket of the bag for even more convenience!

Bobobark’s dimensions are 42 x 29 x 12 cm / 16.5 x 11.4 x 4.7 inches. It’s the perfect size to fit all of your essentials and keep them organized without unnecessary bulkiness.

Your Bobobark is designed to be your ideal lightweight everyday bag and only weighs 1,5 kg including the straps. The cork material we use to create it is three times lighter than leather to ensure comfort and functionality.

Bobobark is made from cork skin, responsibly sourced in the forests of Portugal. As trees naturally shed their bark, we collect it and polish it in our Paris atelier until the texture is as soft and supple as leather. It is the ultimate strong durable, waterproof and eco-friendly material.

Bobobark is crafted with the planet in mind: it is made with cork bark from a tree still alive and thriving in FSC accredited forests. In addition, its linings and backings are made with 100% recycled cotton and other materials that meet or exceed the Global Recycled Standard. Bobobark also arrives at your door in plastic-free, recycled and recyclable packaging printed with soy ink. We also make sure to balance our carbon footprint every year and give back to the forests in partnership with One Tree Planted.

Caring for your Bobobark is key to keeping it in great condition for years to come! To help you do this, we’ve developed a line of vegan care products including a special cork conditioner and coloring cream you can easily use at home to give your bag some love.  We also sell a repair kit containing hardware replacements and cork patches for any mishaps you may encounter!

Your Bobobark comes with our signature bright orange interior lining and it is not possible to change it. We’ve chosen this color not just because we love it, but because having a bright interior allows you to have better visibility into your bag and easily find what you are looking for at all times!
