Refund Policy

Bonjour!  We offer a 30-day window, from the date of delivery, for refund requests.

Refund Eligibility:  The item(s) must be returned with all of its paraphilia intact i.e.: all straps and detachable items etc. including tags and all printed information/documents in the original packaging.  The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn and unused in any way.

Please have your Order ID ready, as you will need to enter it during the request for refund process; you can find it in the email you received at the time of purchase.  You will also need to enter the email address or phone number associated with your order. 

The overall shipping fees (shipping fee paid on the website + return shipping fee) will not be refunded.

 IMPORTANT:  Returns sent without first filing a Request for Refund cannot be accepted, so please follow the process.

Easy Color Change

We hope you love the Laflore you’ve chosen but if you would like to exchange it for the same item in a different color here’s how it’s done.  You have 30 days from the delivery date of your shipment to request a color exchange.

An exchange order is definitive and can not be returned for another exchange.

Exchange Guidelines:  The item(s) must be returned with all of its paraphilia intact i.e.: all straps and detachable items etc. including tags and all printed information/documents in the original packaging.  The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn and unused in any way.

The overall shipping fees (return shipping fee + shipping fee of the exchanged color) will be paid by the customer. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Replacement / Defective Item

We offer a window of 30 days in which to request a product replacement.  

We take great care in ensuring every Laflore Paris handbag and accessory is crafted to the highest standards to ensure that the quality and beauty of our products are top notch. However, producing thousands of perfect items 100% of the time just isn’t realistic.  Though it is rare, a less than perfect item may inadvertently pass through quality inspection unnoticed.  

We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective bag or accessory, and want like to assure you that we are here for you.   

Let us assist you with the replacement process and, if necessary, ship to you a replacement (on us of course!)

6 Months Warranty / Free Reparation

We hope you are enjoying your Laflore Paris and that it will be your companion for many years. So … if your handbag or accessory gets damaged within the first 6 months from the date of delivery we are happy to offer a free repair wherever possible.   

Everyone at Laflore Paris is committed to sustainability and, therefore, put a great deal of effort into creating products that will last a lifetime. With the right care, we are confident that your handbag and/or accessory will be with you for many years to come.

Please have your Order ID ready, as you will need to enter it during the Request for Free Repair process; you can find it in the email you received at the time of purchase.   You will also need to enter the email address or phone number associated with your order. 

IMPORTANT:  Items sent without first filing a Request for Repair cannot be accepted, so please follow the process.    

In the event that we are unable to repair your item we will send you a new one at no cost to you.

We will cover the cost for the overall shipping fee (return shipping fee + shipping fee of the new item). 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lifetime Warranty

You have a lifetime to reach out and ask us for a repair for any sort of defect on your item. If your bag or accessory was damaged with time, we are here to help and may be able to repair it.

In the case where the item is damaged beyond repair, we could offer to you a trade-in value so you don’t leave empty handed. Depending on the sort of defect and on the level of damage, a small fee might be charged for repairs.

Shipping Issue

You have 20 days after the purchase date of your items on our website to claim for an investigation on a shipping issue.
